History

HECE2022 has been held successfully during December 25-27, 2022 in Hangzhou, China. About 124 papers have been submitted and with a restrict peer review process, 44 papers have been published in the final HECE2022 proceedings and indexed in EI Compendex. All published papers can be found at Here
