For papers submitted to HECE-2023, after the peer reviewing process by at least 2-3 experts, all accepted paperss submitted in the standard submission process will be published in Conference Proceedings, which is submitted to be indexed by Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec,et al.
Authors will be requested to supply their papers/e-posters in the form of camera-ready text(Word or PDF version) for inclusion in the Proceedings book 30 days before the conference date.

Manuscript Submission Instructions
Authors should only submit original work that has neither appeared elsewhere for publication, nor which was under review for another refereed publication. Repetitive publication, redundant publication and self-plagiarism are to be avoided.
The manuscript must be submitted in English.

Instructions about margins, fonts, layout of titles, etc. are shown in the template that can be downloaded by clicking here.
The doc(x) file containing the body of the paper should be at least 6 A4 pages (including pictures, tables, graphs and references).
Method of submission
Papers have to be submitted in DOC(X) format via the hece2020@163.com.
Only manuscripts prepared using the template will be considered. The template can be found above on this page.

PLEASE DO FOLLOW BELOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY! OTHERWISE YOUR PAPER MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED BY HECE 2023.
Prior to make the submission, please prepare your submission according to the Manuscript Formatting Guidelines. Full paper should be at least full 6 pages and at most 15 pages under the format. Regular registraion fee only covers 6 pages paper. Addtional pages will cost extra fees.
English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
The submission will be confirmed and assigned with a Paper ID by the conference secretary from hece2020@163.com within 3 working days after submission.
REMINDER: At least one author per paper must be registered AND attend the conference to present their paper.
The reviewing process of the HECE conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Papers for presentation only must be submitted by abstract at least.
Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before the review notification date of this conference.
